Do you take special requests / customs / commissions?

Yes!
I take on commissions while my schedule allows :)
If you're looking for a specific item and haven't seen me restock, or if you're looking to get a customized piece, definitely fill out a commission request form!

Are your ceramics dishwasher and microwave safe?

Yes!
However, to maintain the glaze quality and longevity of your ceramic pieces, I highly recommend handwashing when possible!

How do I care for my ceramic pieces?

To maintain the glaze quality and longevity of your ceramic pieces, I highly recommend handwashing when possible!

Avoid sudden temperature changes (e.g. putting in boiling water right after ice cold liquids). Do not put pieces directly on the stove.

If the piece develops deep cracks, it is unsafe for food use!

Do you have bundle discounts or free shipping?

Yes! :)

My bundle discounts are automatically added at checkout when you meet the minimum requirement.

Free Shipping:
Orders above $100 will get free shipping (up to $8).
Orders above $150 will get free shipping (up to $12).

How long will shipping take?

All orders are processed and shipped by me from San Francisco, California.

Most orders are shipped out via USPS Ground Advantage within 5-10 business days. Orders with only stickers will be untracked with regular postage.

Most packages take 7-10 business days to deliver, but can be delayed by shipping carriers!

Do you ship internationally?

Yes!

I don't have a perfect system in place for shipping international orders just yet, but if you're an international customer and are having issues, please reach out to info@woodymakesthings.com so I can find the best way to get my work to you!

Can I return this order?

Unfortunately, I do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges at this time. All sales are final unless the order was incorrectly packaged or damaged.

How do I care for my tshirt?

Turn garment inside out when washing to protect the handprinted design.
Machine wash cold, then hang dry or tumble dry low.
Do not bleach or iron over graphic!
