How long will shipping take?
All orders are processed and shipped by me from San Francisco, California.
Most orders are shipped out via USPS Ground Advantage within 2-5 business days. Orders with only stickers will be untracked with regular postage.
Most packages take 7-10 business days to deliver!
Do you ship internationally?
Sorry, I don't have a good system in place for international shipping at the moment!
If you're an international customer and would like to purchase from me, please reach out to info@woodymakesthings.com so I can find the best way to get my work to you!
Can I return this order?
Unfortunately, I do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges at this time. All sales are final unless the order was incorrectly packaged or damaged.

Do you take special requests?
Yes!
I take on commissions while my schedule allows :)
If you're looking for a specific item and haven't seen me restock, or if you're looking to get a customized piece, definitely fill out a commission request form!

Are your ceramics dishwasher and microwave safe?
Yes!
However, to maintain the glaze quality and longevity of your ceramic pieces, I highly recommend handwashing when possible!

To maintain the glaze quality and longevity of your ceramic pieces, I highly recommend handwashing when possible!
Avoid sudden temperature changes (e.g. putting in boiling water right after ice cold liquids). Do not put pieces directly on the stove.
If the piece develops deep cracks, it is unsafe for food use!
How do I care for my tshirt?
Turn garment inside out when washing to protect the handprinted design.
Machine wash cold, then hang dry or tumble dry low.
Do not bleach or iron over graphic!
Do you have bundle discounts?
Yes! :)
My bundle discounts are automatically added at checkout when you meet the minimum requirement.
